How We Work
Step One: Inquiry
Whether you email us or (preferably) submit an inquiry via our “Contact Us” form, the very first step is for your to reach out and tell us about your event!
Step Two: Brochure/Proposal
Depending on how clear you are with your vision/requirements in your inquiry, we’ll either assemble a brochure with service options OR a finalized proposal for your review. From either of these you will have the option of selecting a package and booking your date or you can schedule an event consultation call to talk through any questions you might have.
Step Three: Contract & Deposit
Once you are 101% excited about your planned beverage experience, you’ll sign the agreement and pay a 50% deposit. Once you’ve done these two things your date will officially be reserved and you’ll have booked Bar Magnolia!
Step Four: Event Questionnaire
About 60-90 days before your event (or less if you book closer to your date) we’ll send an event questionnaire that allows us to confirm finalized event details. We know a lot can still be up in the air if you’re booking a year in advance! The questionnaire will also help us collect cocktail preferences if you’ve booked a cocktail package. We’ll use these details to create the perfect cocktail tasting!
