Do you supply the alcohol?

Yes! We love handling everything for you. When we provide the alcohol, we’re able to fully manage quantities, selection, and service for a smooth, stress-free experience. If you prefer to purchase it yourself, we’ll guide you on exactly what to get and how much to order.

Can you host a cash bar?

Yes! Through a partnership with a licensed local provider, we’re able to offer cash bar service while ensuring all permits and legal requirements are properly handled.

Where are you located and will you travel?

We service the TN cities of Nashville, Tennessee. Travel within 30 miles is included in our base package pricing but it would be a waste of our wheels not to be up for a road trip! If you'd like Bar Magnolia to join you where your event is located, contact us so we can discuss the details.

Can you serve coffee?

Absolutely! We love cocktails but we love coffee just as much. We serve locally roasted coffee, and we would love to follow up your cocktail hour with an espresso bar! This is a great option for brunch events, baby showers and coffee/dessert functions. Ask about our coffee packages when you book! 

What is your payment and refund policy?

A 50% deposit is required to secure your date. Because we reserve your date exclusively, all payments are non-refundable. However, we understand that plans can change and will always do our best to work with you on rescheduling based on availability.

Do you have a rain date policy?

Due to our booking schedule, we’re not able to hold backup dates. For outdoor events, the host is responsible for providing appropriate coverage for the bar in case of inclement weather. We’re happy to coordinate with your tent vendor to ensure everything is set up for success.

What are the technical requirements for the bars?

Our bars require a flat, level surface and clear, unobstructed access for setup and breakdown.

How far in advance do we need to book?

The sooner, the better—especially for peak season dates, which tend to fill up quickly. But don’t hesitate to reach out, as availability can shift and we’d love to see if we can make it work for you!
