Rose Hip Bourbon Sour

1.5 oz Rose Hip Infused Bourbon

.75 oz Solerno

.5 oz Lemon Juice

.5 oz Simple Syrup

Top with Club Soda

Garnish with Edible Flower or Rose hip

In a shaker add ice and all of the ingredients, give it a good shake and pour over ice. Add a garnish that matches your color scheme for a little pop. We kept it simple and elegant by adding a little bit of Mountain Rose Herbs, which we also used to infuse the Bourbon.

Apply Ever After

2 oz Bourbon

.5 oz Rosemary Simple Syrup

.5 oz Lime Juice

3 oz Apple Juice

Garnish with a Fresh Sprig of Rosemary

This cocktail is just such a perfect fall treat. Just shake all the ingredients and pour over ice. To garnish add a little rosemary sprig.

To create our ‘rosemary simple syrup’ boil equal parts water and sugar over medium-high heat. Make sure to keep watch as to not burn the sugar. After the sugar is fully dissolved, add a few sprigs of rosemary and let steep for about 15 minutes. Let cool, and enjoy!

Maple Bourbon Fizz

1.5 oz Bourbon

.75 oz Lemon Juice

.75 oz Maple Cinnamon Simple Syrup

Top with Soda Water

Garnish with Cinnamon Stick

If we thought about what fall would taste like in drink form, this would be it!

To create our ‘maple cinnamon simple syrup’ boil water, cinnamon and clove for about 15 minutes. Let the ingredients steep as it cools for an additional 15 minutes. Strain out the cinnamon and clove, then add an equal amount of maple syrup to the water that’s left. Greatest part about this, it’ll make your house smell just as amazing as the Maple Bourbon Fizz tastes.

Cheers!
