3 Cocktails to Spice Up Your Valentines Day

Whether you’re celebrating Valentine’s day, Galentine’s day, or just another Thursday, this diverse list of cocktails is sure to ignite the spark of love.

Dark Chocolate Cherry Martini

1 oz Vodka

1 oz Dark Chocolate Liqueur

1 oz Luxardo Cherry Liqueur

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker over ice. Shake vigorously and serve straight up chilled in a martini glass. Garnish with chocolate and a cherry.

Raspberry French 75

1.5 oz Gin

.75 oz lemon juice

.5 oz simple syrup

2-3 fresh Raspberries

2 oz sparkling wine or champagne

Combine gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and raspberries in cocktail shaker over ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Pour in champagne flute or coupe glass and top with champagne. Garnish with a fresh raspberry.

Spicy Chili Paloma

2 oz tequila

1 oz grapefruit juice

.5 oz lime juice

.5 oz simple syrup

Soda H20 to top

Chili Powder to taste

Optional:

Sea Salt and Chili Powder Mixture to rim glass


Combine all ingredients except Soda Water in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake Vigorously for 10 seconds. (Optional) Rim a rocks or Collins glass with sea salt and chili powder mixture. Fill glass with ice, and strain cocktail ingredients from shaker over ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.
